During this pandemic I have started a few positive projects. I started my veggie and herb gardens. I started this blog. I’m working on a couple of other projects that are in the infancy stages. I also stuffed my face like I was hoarding food in my stomach.

The scale and I are not in agreement. I think I should be my 20 something year old weight but the scale is not cooperating. Talk about reality check.

In general i eat a balanced plant based diet. My weakness are chips. Technically they are plant-based but for some reason my hips and belly are exploding.

This week I’ve decided to take the first step to getting my health back on track and I’m inviting you along for the ride. At the end of the day I need to get healthier. They are predicting a second wave of the “Rona”. It won’t hurt to build up my immune system and stay focused on my health. Especially since I’m in my late 40s.

I heard about this product that can help you lose 5 lbs in 5 days. My first reaction… sign me up. This week I am starting Nutra Burst which is liquid Vitamins that is equivalent to 10 salads. I’m also doing Resolution that is an appetite suppressant. At least I will get my nutrients as I cut down on the food.

I’m getting my exercise on. Hopefully the gyms will open soon. In the meantime I’m going to join this virtual Zumba class that the company provides for their reps. I’m super excited!!! I am the type of person that needs structure and accountability to workout and eat healthy.
