There are times when it is easy to live a happy and peaceful life, and I promise that they will come.
If you are open to different aspects of your life, you can experience the pleasures of a quiet, satisfying life by doing things gradually.
Too often we get caught up in uthe rat race struggling to maintain our work-life balance. Or trying hard to fit where we don’t belong.
The truth is, there is more to life than just working hard and feeling constantly stressed out.
You have the power to change your life because you have the power to renew your mind.
Instead of Focusing your attention on things that don’t matter, you can try to change your thoughts.
The truth is, there is a peaceful life that can be attained by each and every one of us.
You want to experience peace of mind; a peaceful life with God is the foundation.
What does the Bible say about peaceful living?
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.
(John 14:27).
The peace that we receive is from The Lord himself. We don’t need to break a sweat over anything or anyone because He’s got us Covered under His wing!
As a follower of Jesus, feel assured because your salvation brings you peace with God.
How do you get peace in your heart?
The peace of God ends all envy, anger or anxiety. The peace of God fills your heart and mind, producing stability in your life.
it means walking with God through Jesus every single day.
It must be your lifestyle, not something you do once a week. Also, if we stop focusing on negative things around us we can put our attention on Kingdom things.
Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.
Consequences of not living a Happy and peaceful Life
God wants you to be quick to identify and correct anything that disturbs you spiritually.
Good spiritual discipline will prevent you from becoming disturbed by anything that affects your peace.
Too much stress can not only be mentally harmful, but can also seriously affect a person’s physical well-being and spirit.
Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.

8 Ways to maintain peace in our lives:
Focus Your Energy and Attention on God
Being busy with obligations can often feel like we don’t have time to breathe and enjoy our lives, but it’s often in those brief moments of quiet reflection that we feel most connected to God.
Make every effort to spend time in God’s presence. It will bring you peace of mind.
We need to start giving our loving, caring Heavenly Father a lot more time and space in our heads and hearts.
We begin this by reading the word of God.
Prioritize Yourself For A Happy And Peaceful Life
If you feel stressed out, take some time to relax. Find a quiet place where you can sit down and enjoy yourself.
This might mean taking a walk outside, listening to music, reading a book, or doing something else that makes you happy.
Imagine that you could feel so secure with yourself that you’ll never feel threatened or judged by anyone or anything.
Things that other people think, say, or do, would never matter to you.
The only thing that will matter is what God says about you. That’s an AWESOME feeling!!
Surrender It All to The Lord, Don’t Worry About the Future
Surrendering to God is giving up our control to God, and is when your life, thoughts, actions are submitted to God’s will.
A surrendered life to God means giving up and letting go of the kingdom of this world.
When you let go and surrender control to God, you’re embracing your fate, surrendering to God’s will, and trusting God to know what is best for you.
Learn to Say No For A Happy And Peaceful Life
Saying no is an essential part of living a peaceful lifestyle. There are times when saying yes is necessary, but there are also times when saying no is appropriate.
It’s tough to prioritize your own needs over the needs of other people.
it’s very powerful and empowering.
It also reminds ourselves that we care about our own well-being.
engaging in a healthy exchange with others, and allow ourselves to be cared for and valued as well.
There is nothing wrong with setting boundaries.
Get Organized and Purge Old Items
it feels so good when you organize a closet or your office space. Especially when You throw out unwanted things.
Having an organized system for possessions in your house can really help you put away your clutter.
If we understood how much time we could save by organizing it all early on, we would have started way earlier.
Its like weight is lifted off of you.

Have a Heart of Gratitude
Be happy with whatever it is The Lord gave you.
Its not just about material items but things about yourself as well. If your tall or short, be grateful He made you that way.
Be grateful for your job, your home, your family… Don’t compare yourself to what someone else has.
That’s not for you and its ok.
Surround Yourself with Positive People
You don’t want to be around toxic people.
Negativity and positivity are contagious. Its a no brainer for me who to be around.
Peace, empathy, and a lack of reaction are the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
Too often, people react from ego or from judgement or fear or hate – and react to a situation unnecessarily.
Choose wisely who you decide to spend your time with.
Take Captive of Your Thoughts, Don’t overthink
Whenever a negative thought tries to creep in don’t dwell on it long.
Otherwise, it will keep growing in your mind until it starts affecting your emotions.
Overthinking can also lead to headaches, pressure in your chest, panic attacks. Its not just about keeping your mind occupied on nonsense.
Just shake it off as soon as you can.
